Adam Zamora, Pastor
Adam Zamora is originally from the Midwest state of Michigan. It was there that Adam came to the Lord in his teen years. Early on in his Christian life, God placed a desire in Adam’s heart to serve Him. Upon graduating from high school he went to Bible College in Indiana. It was there that he met his lovely wife, Elizabeth. He finished college and entered his first ministry assignment as the Youth Pastor & Outreach Director for the First Baptist Church of South Brevard in Melbourne, FL. He served God faithfully there for 2 ½ years seeing many people come to Christ, and grow in the Lord. Adam knew even while serving at FBC that God would have him someday to start a church in the West. In 1996 God led Adam and Elizabeth to the growing city of Rancho Cucamonga, CA to plant the Mountain View Baptist Church. The Zamora’s were able to have four children while there, and also saw God bless the ministry in a wonderful way. The Lord allowed MVBC to be founded, and blessed with many people saved and lives changed. They turned the church over to a new Pastor mid-July of 2007, and are excited about the new opportunities that God has given them at Desert Hills.
